The cases captured in this booklet show the steps taken in many of these projects and organisations to support and ensure the adoption of an experience capitalization approach. Working together with their colleagues, those who joined the CTA workshops have become active “champions”: organising their own training sessions, they shared information in different ways, and have shown how others can benefit from the capitalization process.
Representatives if projects and organizations in different parts of Mozambique and Brazil joined in Maputo in May and July for two workshops on experience capitalization, which were conducted entirely in Portuguese.

IFAD's East and Southern Africa Division asked ILEIA to support its regional knowledge management strategies by enhancing and supporting the documentation skills of IFAD project and government staff.
The “Capitalization of Experiences for Greater Impact in Rural Development” project is being implemented by CTA, in collaboration with FAO and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), and with financial support from IFAD.
