Asia is not a part of the world which CTA generally covers, but the project was especially interested in working there. The process that started in April 2017 has helped participants from India, Nepal and Bhutan capture experiences in a comprehensive and strong way. "This has been an empowering exercise".
ILEIA conducted a workshop in Amman, Jordan, with the support of the European Union, Oxfam and IUCN-ROWA. TParticipants, ranging from project staff to herders and Bedouins, engaged in a documentation and systematisation process and produced an article that will soon be published in a booklet.
GIZ supports innovations to help rural populations cope better with adversity of changing climate. Several such innovations were pilot tested; GIZ decided to extract lessons from these pilots through a systematization process and share them with government partners.
