Previous experiences, previous cases

Many organisations have been promoting an experience capitalization process, and have been implementing it in different contexts and in different parts of the world. In all cases, this has been a process which starts with a given practice or experience, and which ends with a better practice. Every case has identified a need, planned and implemented specific activities that led to lessons, and then promoted the dissemination of the results so that others take up the lessons and recommendations.

Among these we have, for example, the process started by the EBA programme in Peru, the documentation of the Gender Action Learning System in Sierra Leone, or the work AME did in Bangladesh. We have taken some key ideas from some of them, all of which are listed here (on the right hand column of this page).
